Conditions of Use
AUTOMODELS ONLINE STORE USER AGREEMENT
1. In general
Automodels ("Service Provider") defines the usage instructions and regulations of the Automodels online store service ("Service") it offers in this agreement.
The user of the service ("User") accepts and undertakes to comply with the terms of this user agreement.
A user is considered to be a legally competent person who, using the service, orders the products displayed in the Service from the Service producer for a purpose
other than the business activity he is engaged in. A user who does not accept the terms of this user agreement is not entitled to use the Service.
2. Obligations of the user
The user undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practice. Copying and publishing text, image and sound materials appearing
in the service without the permission of the service producer is strictly prohibited. The user is also obligated to keep his contact information up to date.
3. Obligations and limitations of the service provider
The service provider has the right to refuse to sell to a person or enter into a contract with a person who violates the conditions mentioned in this contract
or who already owes money to the service provider. From the service, you can order the products displayed there at any given time.
Some products may exceptionally be out of stock at the time of order, because sales are also made through other sales channels. Such are e.g. direct phone orders,
other online stores (Huuto.net® and Keltainen Pörssi®), and events comparable to market sales; the so-called scrap markets. In the event of the above-mentioned case,
the entire order will be delivered as one subsequent delivery. The user is not entitled to compensation or interest credit in the event that the Service provider
cannot deliver the product for reasons beyond their control. For example, because the ordered product is not available. In such a case, the Service provider
will notify the delivery prevention within 30 days of the order confirmation at the latest, deliver any other parts of the order, and return the
additional payments made by the user within the same period without interest credit. The delivery area of the products is Finland, unless other delivery areas
are specifically mentioned in the Service. The terms of the Consumer Protection Act regarding mail order sales apply to sales through the service.
The products sold in the service have a 14-day return right after receiving the product or service. The service provider reserves the right to change the price
and selection.
4. Ordering
In order to order products in the Service, the User must be of legal age. A minor may order products from the Service only with the consent of their guardian,
in which case the guardian is responsible for the order. The user can order products in the Service by registering as a customer and providing the required
information at the time of ordering.
5. Payment and delivery
Products and Services are charged according to the currently valid price lists. The products are paid for, by using the payment options provided in the Service
within 7 days from the order confirmation date, except for pre-ordered products, which can only be paid for, when the order is ready for shipment.
If the payment is not received in full within this time, the transaction is considered terminated. The customer is responsible for the delivery costs,
which vary depending on the weight and delivery method of the order. The service provider sends the order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the User.
The delivery costs of the order are shown when the order is confirmed and are included in the final amount indicated by the shopping cart.
The order can also be delivered in a cheaper way than the delivery method chosen by the user, if the actual weight of the package allows it.
The service provider is always responsible for lost and damaged packages, but not for possible disruptions in delivery.
6. Changing the terms of the contract
The service provider may make minor changes to the terms of this agreement without the User's consent. The service provider will notify you of any changes to
the contract terms in the Service. The changes take effect from the notification. The user accepts the changes and undertakes to comply with them when continuing
to use the Service after receiving information about the changes.
7. Termination of the Agreement
Both parties can separately terminate the contract if they wish to do so. Termination takes effect as soon as the other party receives information about the termination.
Due to a material breach of contract, the Service provider has the right to terminate the contract immediately.
8. Transfer of contract
The user cannot transfer the contract to a third party. The service provider does not transfer the contract to a third party without the User's consent.
9. Disputes
Finnish law applies to this agreement. Disputes arising from the contract, that cannot be resolved through negotiation, will be resolved in the district court.
