PROCESSING OF THE CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL DATA
Confirmation of the order requires customer registration. For registration, the customer must provide his name, address and email address.
The customer register of the Automodels online store is completely confidential and the Automodels online store commits not to forward the information to third parties.
The Automodels online store may use the e-mail address provided by the customer for direct marketing only if the customer has approved it.
By registering, the customer gives the Automodels online store permission to use the information for direct marketing also in other ways than via e-mail or text message,
for example through mail. The Automodels online store declines responsibility if the customer's information comes into the knowledge of outsiders due to data breaches
independent of the Automodels online store. The customer is responsible for his own user ID and is obliged to change his password if he suspects that it has come
into the knowledge of outsiders. Registering for the service is considered an act forming a customer relationship, after which the customer is obliged to keep
the information they provide up to date. Automodels online store reserves the right to make changes to this information, however only by notifying the customer.

Purpose of the registry:
The registry is intended for managing service relationships between the Automodels online store and its customers.
The register will not be used for electronic direct marketing, without the customer's consent.
Information contained in the register:
The user's personal information, contact information, order information, acceptance of the newsletter subscription, e-mail messages sent by the user from the site,
technical log information of the internet server.
The Automodels online store is not responsible for the technical log data of the internet server, which contains the user's IP address and information
about the user's browser.
DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Under no circumstances will the information be disclosed to third parties. The information is stored in the server system of an external service provider,
and in addition to the staff of the Automodels online store, the staff of the service provider can access it.
