GENERAL INFO
The Automodels online store always works in real-time, but in some cases the product that can be ordered may still be out of stock. In these cases, the entire order will be delivered as one post-delivery when the out-of-stock product has arrived to the warehouse. You will always receive a notification about post-delivery to your e-mail, which also gives an estimate of the delivery time. If we are unable to deliver the product you ordered, we will refund the price of the product you paid, as well as any additional shipping costs, to your account.
The above conditions do not apply to pre-ordered products. In these cases, we are unable to confirm the delivery date in advance, but these orders will be delivered as soon as the product arrives to the warehouse.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment methods you can choose from are online payment, bank transfer, cash-on-delivery or cash payment.
Account number and payee information can always be found in your order confirmation, which you will receive to your e-mail after ordering.
If the full payment has not been received within 7 days from the date of the order confirmation, the transaction is automatically considered canceled. The exception is pre-ordered products, which can only be paid for when Automodels announces that the pre-order is ready for shipment. After this, a 7-day payment term applies with the above-mentioned conditions.

ATTENTION!
Automodels collects the incurred shipping costs for sending and returning an unclaimed cash-on-delivery shipment from the customer, if the customer has not given any explanation for not redeeming it.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The delivery time from receipt of payment is usually around 2-3 days. Shipping costs are always added with the current post office rates, according to the estimated weight of the order. The weight marking found in the product information is an estimate of the weight, which also includes the packaging materials. The shipping costs are always determined according to these printing marks. If the actual mailing weight of the package differs from the estimated weight, we will not collect nor refund the difference part of the shipping fee. The order can also be sent in a cheaper way than the shipping method chosen by the customer, if it is justified and safe to do so, depending on the weight of the package. The sender is always responsible for a lost or damaged package.

TERMS OF WARRANTY
All our products have a 14-day exchange and return guarantee. If the product is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can agree on a possible replace, exchange, return or refund. Send to our e-mail address an as precise description as possible of the product's fault and your desired compensation. Also attach a photo of the damage to the product, if possible. Each case is always individual, and therefore must always be agreed upon separately. In the case of product returns, we pay the return shipping fee and the price of the product to your account after we have received and checked the defective product.
In affordable products, we always primarily aim for a price compensation.
